What data we process
- Data you send us via the contact form, email or WhatsApp: full name, email, phone (optional), company (optional) and the content of your message.
- Technical browsing data: IP address and browser information automatically logged by the server for security and site operation (server logs) and, for the form, to limit automated submissions (anti-spam).
Please do not send us special categories of data (e.g. health data) through the form.
Why we process them and on what legal basis
- To reply to your requests and send you quotes — legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- To manage any contractual relationship and fulfil administrative, accounting and tax obligations — legal basis: contract and legal obligation (Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c).
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam — legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).
We don't use your data for newsletters or profiling without your separate, explicit consent. We make no automated decisions.
How and for how long
Data is processed electronically and on paper, with appropriate security measures. Data provided with requests is kept as long as needed to handle them and for 10 years after the relationship ends, unless further needs arise; accounting and tax data for 15 years; technical logs only as long as strictly needed for security.
Who can access the data
Data is processed by Not Yet Social and its authorised staff, and may be shared with providers that help us deliver our services (e.g. website hosting, email services, accountant), appointed as data processors. Data is never published or sold.
Linked external services
From the site you can open third-party services with their own privacy terms: Calendly (booking), WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Maps. They are plain links: these services only receive your data if you choose to open them. The Google reviews shown on the homepage are fetched by our server, without your browser connecting to Google.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection to processing, portability, and withdraw consent, by writing to hello@notyetsocial.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
